3 Blender Friendly Juices
Ingredients
Watermelon, Strawberry, Ginger + Lime Juice
- 3 cups peeled + cubed watermelon*
- 1 lime, peel removed
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger root
Watermelon, Pineapple + Ginger Juice
- 3 cups peeled + cubed watermelon*
- 1 cup pineapple, cored and skin removed
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger root
Green Juice
- 1 cup of greens (your choice – kale, spinach, chard, or a mixture!)
- 2 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, coarsely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 green apples, stemmed, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup pineapple, cored and skin removed
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger root
- 1.5 cups water
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients from you recipe of choice in your blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and no chunks are left, for about 1 minute.
- If you like your juice perfectly smooth, you can strain it through a nut milk bag** by placing the nut milk bag over a large bowl/measuring cup and carefully strain the juice through the bag. Squeeze all of the liquid out of the pulp into the bowl.
- Serve at room temperature or pour over ice if desired. I usually try to put the ingredients in the fridge ahead of time so that they are already chilled a bit! Do what works for you : )
Notes

These blender friendly juices make for the perfect summer pick me up. Choose from one of the two, sweeter watermelon ones or the fresh and refreshing green juice. Any of these options will keep you hydrated and energized throughout the hot summer months. Just remember, after blending, make sure to strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer. This will remove any of the excess pulp found in the blender.
