14 Day Journal Challenge

As we move into the lazy days of summer, we are excited to introduce you to our 14 Day Journal Challenge. What a better time than those long summer days, to enjoy some rest, reflection and time spent with our thoughts. For the next 14 days, we’re going to explore different journaling prompts to help you get in touch with your inner self and cultivate a daily journaling habit.

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to lose sight of our own well-being and personal growth. Journaling is a powerful tool that can help us pause, reflect, and reconnect with our inner selves. Whether you’re new to journaling or a seasoned pro, this challenge is designed to inspire mindfulness, foster self-care, and enhance productivity. By the end of this challenge, you’ll have a better understanding of yourself, your values, and your goals. Grab your favourite journal, which can be paper or digital, find a cozy spot, and let’s embark on this journey together!


How to join this 14 day journal challenge?

STEP 1: Grab your journal

Find a notebook or journal that you love and dedicate it to this 14-day journal challenge. Not a paper fan? That’s ok! You can also use your preferred digital method to journal. Just make sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable and supported and then you’ll be ready to go! Trust us, you’ll want to have a special place to record your thoughts and reflections each day.

STEP 2: Set intentions + commit to your practice daily

Commit to writing everyday. Plan to set aside some time each day to sit down with your journal and reflect on the prompt for the day. You don’t have to write a novel; just jot down whatever comes to mind. The key is to make it a habit and commit to doing it every day for 14 days in a row, using the prompts provided.

STEP 3: Use the prompts as inspiration

Each day, take a look at the prompt for the day and let it guide your writing. Don’t worry if you don’t have a profound revelation every time; some days will be easier than others. The best way to begin, is just to start. Don’t second guess yourself, write whatever comes to mind.

STEP 4: Start journaling

Once you’re ready, start journaling using the prompts provided.

STEP 5: Reflect on your experience

After you’ve completed the journal challenge, take some time to reflect on your experience. What did you learn about yourself? Did you notice any changes in your mood or behaviour? What did you enjoy about the challenge, and what could you do differently next time?

Day 1: Gratitude List

Write down 5-10 things you are grateful for today. Reflect on why each one is meaningful to you.

Day 2: Self-Care Routine

What are some ways you can prioritize self-care activities in your daily routines? Write about what self care means to you and how you can make it a non-negotiable part of your day. Once you have determined that, then list your top three self-care activities.

Day 3: Personal Strengths

Identify five personal strengths. How do these strengths help you in your daily life and goals?

Day 4: Ideal Morning Routine

Describe your ideal morning routine. How can you incorporate elements of this into your current routine?

Day 5: Overcoming Challenges

Reflect on a recent challenge you faced. How did you overcome it, and what did you learn from the experience?

Day 6: Vision Board in Words

Create a vision board in words. Write about your dreams, goals, and aspirations for the future.

Day 7: Mindfulness Practice

What mindfulness practices have you tried or want to try? How do these practices impact your well-being?

Day 8: Productivity Tips

Write down five productivity tips that work for you. How can you implement these tips more effectively in your daily life?

Day 9: Ideal Evening Routine

Describe your ideal evening routine. How can you incorporate elements of this into your current routine?

Day 10: Lifestyle Changes

What lifestyle changes would you like to make in the next six months? Outline a plan to achieve these changes.

Day 11: Daily Affirmations

Write down five affirmations you can say to yourself each morning. How do these affirmations help you start your day positively?

Day 12: Personal Milestones

Reflect on three significant personal milestones. What did you achieve, and how did these milestones shape who you are today?

Day 13: Creative Outlet

What creative outlets do you enjoy or would like to try? How can creativity enhance your wellness and productivity?

Day 14: Future Self Letter

Write a letter to your future self. Where do you hope to be in one year, and what advice would you give yourself to get there?
