Hydrating Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 heaping handfuls spinach
- 1 cup frozen mangos
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup cold filtered water
Instructions
- Add the coconut water and chia seeds to your blender and allow this mixture to sit for about 5 minutes for the chia seeds soften a bit.
- Meanwhile, start to gather all of the other ingredients.
- Once the chia is softened, add the rest of the smoothie ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately in your favourite glass or mason jar.
