Hydrating Green Smoothie

- 2 heaping handfuls spinach
- 1 cup frozen mangos
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup cold filtered water
Add the coconut water and chia seeds to your blender and allow this mixture to sit for about 5 minutes for the chia seeds soften a bit.
Meanwhile, start to gather all of the other ingredients.
Once the chia is softened, add the rest of the smoothie ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
Serve immediately in your favourite glass or mason jar.
