Week 1: Awareness & Breathing – We start by developing foundational mindfulness skills, focusing on breath awareness, sensory experiences, and simple journaling. By doing so, these practices set the stage for being present in daily life.
Week 2: Connection & Observation – Once we cultivate awareness, we shift to observing our environment, thoughts, and relationships. As a result, this week helps strengthen self-compassion and deepen connections with the world around us.
Week 3: Intention & Letting Go – At this point, we introduce mindfulness as a tool for setting intentions and releasing control. Through practices like meditation, movement, and self-reflection, you’ll learn to navigate challenges with ease.
Week 4: Integration & Growth – During this last week, we focus on incorporating mindfulness into daily life. These practices encourage continued growth help make mindfulness a lasting habit well beyond this challenge.
