Hey besties, we’re here with more journal prompts for ya’ll. And as we head into fall, the lazy days of summer are behind us (so sad, but also we all love a new season. Right?!) Summer is a time to play, spend more time outdoors, and share memories with friends and family. But fall? Fall has its own unique magic. It is a time to reset, rebuild any routines that may have slipped away over the summer and realign with what we want to cultivate in our lives for the last 4 months of the year.

Why Fall is the Perfect Time for Journaling?

The air is crisp, the leaves are starting to turn colours and there’s just a sense of calm all around you. It’s nature’s way of inviting you to reflect and be more introspective.

We love that Fall has a way of making everything feel cozy. Whether it’s the smell of a pumpkin spice candle, or enjoying a hot apple cider amongst the leaves, the fall atmosphere is perfect for some deep thinking. It’s the perfect time to grab a blanket, a hot drink of choice, and your journal. From there, you’re all set for a session of soul-searching.

Furthermore, fall is a season of change. The leaves are changing, the weather is shifting, and these natural transformations can inspire changes within us too.
