This week we’re breaking down the 10 podcasts that will change your outlook on life. Truly, we mean it. Some of these shows and episodes can actually enlighten the way you think, go about your life and transform your thoughts. We’ve become pretty big podcast gals over the last few years. In 2020 I said to myself (Cornelia here), that I would spend more time listening to podcasts. It was important to me, to be gaining informative knowledge into my brain! I was working 60-70 hour weeks and I felt like I didn’t have much else to distract my brain from work. I didn’t watch tv, and I had barely any time to read. So I turned to podcasts. I’ve never looked back! And now, I love putting on a solid podcast for a long drive.
Meg and I both share a lot of the same interests and listen to pretty similar shows. So we’ve given you our top 10, so that hopefully you can find some inspiration in these episodes as well. Maybe they’ll change your outlook on life too! There’s lots to be learned. Let’s dive in!

The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast
“Lauryn Evarts Bosstick & Michael Bosstick, the entrepreneurial duo behind Dear Media & The Skinny Confidential have been interviewing the world’s most accomplished individuals for close to a decade. Think world class leaders, entrepreneurs, doctors, celebrities, athletes, executives, bestselling authors, experts, & more. Every episode offers unfiltered conversations with tangible takeaways, advice, & actionable practices the listener or viewer can apply immediately to enhance their own lives.“
This podcast is one we’ve loved since the early days of 2023! From Lauryn’s inspirational solo episodes to each amazing guest they bring on! There is always great chemistry between the host and each guest. There is so much to learn about health, wellness, skincare, business growth tips, the list goes on. We definitely keep coming back to this one over and over again.
The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett
“A few years ago I was a broke, university dropout, at 18 I built an industry leading social media marketing company, and at 27 I resigned as CEO. At 28 I co-founded Flight Story – a marketing and communications company, and thirdweb – a software platform, making it easy to build web3 applications. I then launched private equity fund, Flight Fund, to accelerate the next generation of European unicorns. During this time I decided to launch ‘The Diary Of A CEO’ podcast with the simple mission of providing an unfiltered journey into the remarkable stories and untold dimensions of the world’s most influential people, experts and thinkers.”
Steven Bartlett brings on a very diverse range of guests, talking about many different topics! His type of hosting his podcast is very engaging and leaves you wanting more! This is the type of podcasts where there is something for everyone. We are constantly learning something new and leaving the show feeling inspired! He brings on guests with PHDs in nutrition, lead research analysts at wellness companies (like Woop), and so much more. There has been an overflow of knowledge to learn and we love it! Definitely in our top 5.

On Purpose has been a go-to for many years now! Jay has some incredible guests, including very high profile individuals where you don’t typically get the see personal side of. I also love the episodes where Jay brings on his wife Radhi (Meg here, I’m a huge fan of hers!!) where they discuss all things relationships!

Ok so Transform is a newest podcast in our library! I am a big Sami Clarke fan (Cornelia here), as I do a lot of the FORM workouts on the app her and Sami Spalter founded. I just love their vibe, so this one had to be added in. It also falls in line with similar topics in the wellness realm, clearly we have a trend going on here.
The Mark Groves Podcast
“Jam out with Mark Groves as he takes you on a journey to explore the juiciest parts of the human experience and what it’s like to live authentically in the modern world. You’re invited to lay down what you were taught and explore new viewpoints and discoveries in mental and emotional health, physical health and wellness, relationships and the human connection, and hot topics of the world. Open your ears and your eyes to The Mark Groves Podcast.”
Mark Groves was a life saver during many years of dating turbulence. His podcasts really lend a sense of support and clarity through the ups and downs of love. If you’re in need of some relationship advice, ways to grow and develop self love, this podcast is it. Speaking personally (Cornelia here), I was going through a lot of heart break in my later 20s for about 1-2 years before I moved out west. His podcasts really helped shed some light on what I was experiencing.
From understanding why someone may not be able to commit to you, or ways to cultivate self love through a tough time, even navigating new relationships, his advice really spoke to me. I know a couple friends who were going through similar experiences at the time and they really resonated with his content as well. He helped many of us through some dark days!
