30 Days Of Gratitude Challenge

Journal Prompts For 30 Days Of Reflection, Self-Care & Giving Thanks.

As we reach the end of 2023, it’s time to do some reflecting and see just how far we’ve all come over the last year. When we say how far we’ve come, we don’t necessarily mean solely on the goals we set out to achieve in January. Maybe this year was one of personal growth, or your health shifted for the better, or you grew a stronger, more positive relationship to your self, or to your loved ones. The purpose of the 30 days of gratitude challenge is to sit with yourself and reflect on all the good in your life.

You may have noticed that we’ve written about this topic before, daily journalling can be a game changer for your mental health, especially if you add a touch of gratitude to that routine! Studies have shown that even finding 2-3 things you’re grateful for everyday, can add up in a big way for your mental health. Gratitude quite literally improves your happiness levels, we’re not kidding!

The goal of this blog is to provide you with daily prompts to guide you through the journaling process. Everyday you’ll be given a prompt to respond and write down for yourself. Which makes this whole process, that much easier. You don’t need to stress about where to start, it’ll be all right there for you.

It might help to start this challenge at the beginning of the month to help you remember the routine and commit to daily. This is why we’re releasing the list on the 1st of December, so you can follow along everyday until the end of the month. Though it’s up to you, really you can start at any time. We suggest carving out a certain time of day and get in the habit of journaling, this will help make this routine a consistent habit.

Now is the time, if you’ve been looking for some inspiration to cultivate a gratitude practice or start journalling, you’ve come to the right place. This could be the start of beautiful journey of reflection, self-care and self-love.
