Maple Tahini Granola

This delicious healthy granola recipe is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. It's super easy to make and is perfect for meal prepping!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup tahini

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
  • Lay the granola mixture on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake until lightly golden, about 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • Let the granola cool completely before storing in containers.

Notes

I like to store this granola in mason jars and enjoy throughout the week. You can always switch out any of the nuts or seeds for any others if you would like!
