Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberry
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 serving plant based protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on until smooth.
  • Serve in your favourite glass or mason jar.
  • Top with a sprinkle of hemp hearts for some extra crunch if desired!
